Overview

• Hey everyone! We are looking for a highly skilled Dot Net Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.
  
  

• Work across the full stack to deliver features and improve reliability.
• Refactor and harden prototype-level code to production-grade quality.
• Collaborate closely with product management and non-technical stakeholders to help shape and clarify requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
• Help evolve our architecture and dev processes as we grow.
• (Bonus) Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality.
  
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack expertise with :
• C#/.NET Core for APIs and services
• Experience with Cloud
• SQL Server and relational data modeling
• Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.)
• Experience improving or reworking prototype-quality codebases.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and refining requirements with product owners.
• (Preferred) Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in a dev workflow.
  
  

• Experience in microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Exposure to security best practices in cloud and backend development.
