Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers; provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to design and implement robust software solutions.
- Design and manage client-side and server-side architecture.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performing, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Write clean and efficient APIs.
- Test software for responsiveness and efficiency; troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems as needed.
- Oversee database management and application performance optimization.
- Ensure implementation of security and data protection best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation for reference and Skills :
- Proven team handling experience of 1-2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS Cloud Services.
- Solid understanding of Relational Databases, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and Apache Tomcat.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
