Responsibilities

The IT Administrator - Sourcing & Legal will manage operations for Sourcing and Legal systems, including workflows, data integrity, system upgrades, and global user support. Reporting to the Director, IT Applications. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the integrity of all configurations and integrations, maintaining consistent and reliable system performance
• Resolving both platform-level and user-level issues, providing effective and timely support
• Configuring and maintain approval workflows, as well as enforce buying and travel policies
• Creating and maintain technical system documentation, and contribute to peer design and code reviews
• Partnering with the Senior BSA to implement platform changes, improving business workflows, and enhancing the Coupa mobile experience
  
  
  

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience running production support for Business Applications at a publicly traded company
• Experience with Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, and any well-known Contract Lifecycle Management suite
• Providing production support for Coupa modules such as Procure to Pay, Expense, Coupa Pay, Risk & Performance, InvoiceSmash, and Platform Standard

• Coupa certification
