You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of our metro trains and locomotives through rigorous testing and validation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EHS, Facilities, Compliance, Import/Export, Logistics, etc.), prepare test specifications, and manage instrumentation planning, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of translating engineering requirements into actionable test requirements, but also expand our testing capabilities by collaborating with external labs and partners.

We’ll look to you for:
- Preparing test specifications as per standards and contracts
- Planning and conducting on-track tests for Metro trains and locomotives
- Driving operational excellence through innovative planning and resource engagement
- Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Managing timely calibration and availability of test instruments
- Ensuring data integrity and quality to guarantee passenger safety
- Developing scripts using MATLAB and/or Python to support testing processes

- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of on-track testing and instrumentation planning
- Knowledge of testing standards and data acquisition systems
- Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments
- A certification in MATLAB, Python, or a similar scripting language
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
