About the Role:

We are seeking a BPM Technical Lead with hands-on expertise in Newgen BPM tools and a deep understanding of loan origination processes. This role is based in Trivandrum and includes on-site assignments in Oman, working on enterprise-scale banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

BPM Development & Leadership

Lead the design, development, and implementation of BPM applications using Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, and OmniScan

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for CLOS (Corporate Loan Origination) and RLOS (Retail Loan Origination)

Oversee the entire SDLC – development, integration, configuration, testing, deployment, and support

Team Collaboration & Support

Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices

Support QA with test strategy and execution

Troubleshoot and support production deployments and enhancements

Maintain detailed documentation for design, development, and user guides

Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and security standards

Contribute to banking digital transformation efforts

Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in BPM development, preferably in BFSI

Technical Proficiency

Hands-on with Newgen iBPS, OmniDocs, OmniScan

Knowledge of CLOS & RLOS systems

Programming skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs

Deep understanding of banking workflows, risk assessment, and DMS

Ability to architect BPM solutions from scratch

Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Willingness to travel to Oman for on-site projects

While the base location is Trivandrum, selected candidates must be willing to travel and deploy onsite in Oman as per project needs.
