Job Title BPM Technical Lead
Department IT - BPM & eApplications
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months Contract
Main Role
To lead the development and enhancement of BPM applications and related enterprise systems, with a
focus on Banking processes such as CLOS (Corporate Loan Origination System) and RLOS (Retail Loan
Origination System), using Newgen technologies and associated platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation of BPM
applications with a primary focus on loan origination systems.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
technical specifications.
3. Provide architectural and technical guidance during the design, development, and
deployment of applications on Newgen platforms.
4. Manage development activities including configuration, integration, and testing of CLOS
and RLOS systems.
5. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, in line with the agreed scope and quality
standards.
6. Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the robustness of
delivered systems.
7. Support production deployment and post-go-live troubleshooting.
8. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit and IT governance standards.
9. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices and performance
standards.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
for BPM solutions.
2. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure applications using Newgen's iBPS and
OmniDocs platforms.

3. Lead the development lifecycle of CLOS and RLOS projects from initiation through go-live and
support.
4. Define and maintain BPM application architecture standards and best practices.
5. Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to ensure solutions are aligned with
strategic goals.
6. Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the loan processing domain.
7. Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
8. Conduct impact analysis, system testing, and performance tuning for critical applications.
9. Provide technical mentoring to team members and ensure continuous knowledge development.
10. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, codebase, and user manuals.

other relevant Newgen applications
Personnel Specifications
Good academic Background with extensive domain knowledge of Software development.
The candidate having the following:
1. Bachelor in computer science and engineering from reputed University.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in BPM application development, specifically in banking and
financial services.
3. Hands-on experience with Newgen BPM, including iBPS, OmniDocs, and mobility modules.
4. Proven expertise in implementing and managing CLOS and RLOS platforms.
5. Strong understanding of loan origination workflows, risk assessment, and document
management in banking.
6. Proficient in Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration using APIs and Web Services.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
