Siemens Healthineers has opening for BU IT Manager Strategy, Strategize IT operations for D&A, in alignment with Business goals focusing on technology roadmaps & stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with cloud service providers and ensure compliance with ISO 27001& Align IT initiatives with business needs, optimizing technology investments.
Technical Skills
- Systems Administration: Windows & Linux OS, Virtualization, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint
- Networking & Security: Firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Databases & Development: MS SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Oracle, .NET Core, Python, Java, C#
- Cloud & Virtualization: Microsoft Azure, VMware Horizon, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: IT Business Continuity Planning, Cybersecurity protocols
- Experience with CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, RAMCO CRM
- Collaborate with cloud service providers and ensure compliance with ISO 27001
- Align IT initiatives with business needs, optimizing technology investments.
- Stay updated on the industry best practices, compliance frameworks and laws.
- Align with BU Management in forecasting and planning IT needs and budgeting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technology improvements.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices for security, software and hardware.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure seamless integration of third-party IT solutions.
- Train employees on IT systems and cybersecurity best practices
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, security, and risk management
- Familiarity with helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and SLAs
- Hardware & Software procurement, including public sector procurement experience.
Soft Skills & Problem-Solving
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience in training and mentoring IT staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
