Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving existing business workflows. The role involves creating new business workflows, planning and documenting business processes and systems requirements, facilitating gap analysis, coordinating system development and deployment, supporting business rollout and adoption, verifying solutions through testing, and maintaining updated documents.

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving existing business workflows. The role involves creating new business workflows, planning and documenting business processes and systems requirements, facilitating gap analysis, coordinating system development and deployment, supporting business rollout and adoption, verifying solutions through testing, and maintaining updated documents.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing business workflows.
- Create new business workflows.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and systems.
- Map study findings.
- Facilitate and document business process requirements.
- Document migration plans.
- Work on data migration and conversion plans.
- Work with Technical Testing teams to build Traceability Matrix from Requirements to UAT.
- Facilitate responsible transition of requirements to the development team.
- Coordinate Systems or QBP (Quality Business Processes).
- Work with QA (Quality Assurance) & IT Compliance teams to test strategies/plans, test cases, review test results.
- Define detailed opportunities to improve business processes while maintaining value for both the business & IT.
- Support business rollout/adoption/super-user training programs.
- Verification & testing of solutions through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in training.
- Knowledge transfer to developers.
- Support after implementation.
- Update documents.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant IT Management experience gained through hands-on leadership of both BA and Test teams.
- Significant experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.
- Experience of developing business analysis models with associated use of tools and templates.
- Experience of developing test management models with associated use of tools and templates.
- An understanding of logistics and distribution (EBS/Fusion) business processes and supporting systems.
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Leadership role.
- 3+ years experience of being a Senior Business Analyst OR Senior Test resource.
