What makes the role meaty?
- Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Python for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets. Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms to track customer journeys, order trends, and operational KPIs. Ability to build predictive models and automate recurring analyses for proactive decision-making.
- Operational Insights & Automation: Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment processes. Identify operational inefficiencies and drive automation through alert systems, anomaly detection scripts, and escalation mechanisms to reduce latency and risk in real time.
- Problem-Solving & Incident Resolution: Proven track record of identifying root causes behind operational challenges using data. Ability to provide swift, data-backed solutions during high pressure scenarios and recommend strategic interventions to improve long-term performance.

- Customer Experience Strategy: Deep analytical understanding of customer behavior, satisfaction drivers, and retention metrics. Leverage data to craft and evaluate engagement strategies, service-level improvements, and communication frameworks tailored to various customer personas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Tech, Logistics, Operations, and Support teams to drive initiatives forward. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, prioritize action items, and ensure seamless execution of CX improvement plans across business units.

- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. MBA/PGDM or advanced degree in a relevant stream.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must, with the ability to write optimized queries and build automation scripts for data processing and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms to present insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings in a simple, business-friendly language.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
