Business Analyst – Data & Analytics:

Hybrid work: Work from office, thrice a week.

SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be an excellent addition to the Business Intelligence CoE. Business Analyst works on an Agile Team representing customer and business interests through the definition and prioritization of stories in the team backlog that provide sequential deliverables that satisfy the larger features and solutions. The Business Analyst works with Product Management and stakeholders to understand the Features and with the Agile Team to develop smaller, incremental stories and iteration deliverables based on those Features. Will work with other Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize stories and determine dependencies. Owns the Agile Team backlog, managing work in progress (WIP) so that the solutions effectively address priorities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math required. In addition to minimum experience, an additional four (4) years of relevant, demonstrated experience working as a key member of a project team developing business processes, solutions, creating business requirements and delivering business capabilities will be considered in lieu of a degree.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• Four (4) years’ demonstrated functional Product Owner experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment. REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES
• Experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in Sales Enablement, Field Services, Customer Support.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge any Business Intelligence, Data Visualization tool, Tableau (preferred)
• Knowledge of any ETL Tool, Informatica (preferred).
• Experience of Agile framework, Scrum.
• Experience with Product Life Cycle Management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adapt, analyze, and understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller pieces of deliverable value sequentially, understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions.
• User stories and Stakeholder management -Jira preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate, collaborate, and craft user persona, customer journey, and story mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to craft acceptance criteria leveraging non function requirements, Test Driven Development and/or
• Uses solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal skills to guide team(s) to develop solutions that solve business needs.
• Strong facilitation, active listening, and influencing skills with customers and Product Managers to understand the system and iteration capabilities for deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate business value delivery achievement and effort.
• Business acumen and ability to understand the larger company strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
