About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive the analysis and optimization

of our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements

and ensure that our software solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Develop detailed business process models and documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
