Job Title: Business Analyst – ERP & Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes across sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance, and experience with ERP systems. Exposure to gaming or retail industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create detailed requirement specifications to guide project development.

- Ensure project requirements are aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Manage change requests, track project progress, and escalate issues as needed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to gather and document business requirements.

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes including sales invoicing, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and demand planning.

- Ensure accurate billing and seamless integration with ERP systems.

- Gather and document requirements for invoice generation, validation, tax calculation, discounts, and credit note processes within ERP.

- Ensure accurate data flow between sales orders, shipments, and invoices; identify and resolve discrepancies across systems.

- Define reporting and analytics requirements related to sales performance, inventory levels, vendor KPIs, and customer fulfillment.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Operations Analyst, ideally in gaming or retail industries.

- Knowledge of ERP implementation or enhancement projects.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and IT.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, impact assessment, and business process optimization skills.

- Strong understanding of sales invoicing workflows in ERP systems (invoice generation, tax rules, discount handling, credit management, etc.).

- Prior experience in gaming or casino technology ecosystems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
