Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong foundation in financial markets and trading processes. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of translating business needs into clear technical requirements. This role will be based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define detailed business requirements
• Document business processes, workflows, user stories, and use cases
• Conduct market and industry analysis to support data-driven strategic decisions
• Assist in designing and implementing financial solutions that align with client needs and market trends
• Bridge communication between business users and technical development teams
• (Optional) Provide project support in the capacity of a Scrum Master or Project Manager when needed

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the financial services or capital markets domain
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and capital market products
• Proficient in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience or certification as a Scrum Master or Project Manager is advantageous
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus
