5. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

6. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

7. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

8. Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).

9. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
