Business Analyst - Fresher

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with team to understand business needs and document detailed requirements for daily basis or changes to existing systems.
2. Analyse data related to business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
3. Act as a liaison between Management and teams, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
4. Identify potential impacts on business processes, and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with change.
5. Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation to improve business processes and systems.
6. Prepare and maintain documentation related to business requirements, processes, and systems.
7. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of new processes or systems.
8. Assist to Directors in important meetings and make MOM.
9. Generate reports and analysis to provide insights into business performance and inform decision-making.
10. Generate Reports Weekly-Monthly Sales/ Purchase/ Expense Report.
11. Weekly review meeting with team for task assignment/ achievement as per report.
12. Generate Sales report monthly (Area wise/ party wise/ product wise)
13. Share half-month & monthly detail sales report and conduct team review meeting with directors.
14. Share daily sale report and sales team members work report in WhatsApp.
15. Monitor and generate sales report of West Bengal team and Sales.
16. Shall be responsible for research national & international market and generate leads.
17. Coordinate with vendors/ Agencies and generate report for SEO/ FB/ AdWords.
18. Research market for new product development and upcoming months' sales and product promotions.
19. Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
