About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site visits to college campuses to understand their operational needs
2. Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements
3. Assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities
4. Support the configuration, testing, and rollout of solutions
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated
6. Provide training and post-implementation support as needed
