Business Analyst - Generative AI

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage GenAI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming).
3. Conduct business analysis: gather, document, and validate requirements, workflows, and processes.
4. Translate requirements into functional specifications and support the creation of technical documentation.
5. Define and maintain product roadmaps and track progress against deliverables.
6. Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.
7. Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting, and communication to leadership.
8. Support evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to GenAI projects.

4. Demonstrate strong written communication skills, especially in documentation and client-facing materials.
