Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating requirements into actionable insights.

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflows.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Support change management and user training initiatives.
- Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT, etc.)
