About the internship:

As a business analyst intern at Bitlance Tech Hub Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in the tech industry. Your knowledge of Requirements Gathering, Jira, Advanced Excel, Figma, User Flows, User Stories, Business Research, SDLC, Troubleshooting, and Scrum will be put to the test as you collaborate with our team of experts.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct thorough Requirements Gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand project needs.
2. Utilize Jira and Advanced Excel to track project progress and create detailed reports for management.
3. Work closely with designers using Figma to create user flows and develop User Stories for development teams.
4. Conduct in-depth business research to identify market trends and opportunities for product improvement.
5. Assist in all stages of the SDLC, from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
7. Participate in Scrum meetings to provide updates on project status and collaborate with team members to drive successful project completion.

Stipend:

INR₹ 9,000 - 15,000 /month

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month
