Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – L&D Business Partner
The L&D Business Partner is responsible for collaborating with business leaders, HR teams, and employees to design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development strategies that drive organizational performance. This role focuses on understanding business needs, creating tailored training solutions, and ensuring the development of skills and capabilities that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
Partner with senior leaders to identify business challenges and opportunities that require L&D interventions.
Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Serve as a consultant to leaders and HR teams on talent development initiatives.
Needs Analysis and Program Design
Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Design and curate learning solutions, including workshops, eLearning modules, coaching, and blended learning programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content tailored to business-specific needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for L&D matters.
Champion employee development and advocate for a learning culture across the organization.
Technology and Innovation
Leverage learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools, to enhance delivery and tracking.
Stay updated on L&D trends, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the organization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
Good years of relevant experience
Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills
Excellent facilitation and presentation capabilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure outcomes
Proficient in learning technologies and tools, including LMS platforms
Strong project management and organizational skills
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
