Job Description
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Support in market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, providing insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support the creation and optimization of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and website content to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, leveraging insights to maintain messaging alignment and brand coherence.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate marketing performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Content Creation
- Can create basic marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts using standard tools and templates.
- Basic understanding of corporate branding, including brand guidelines and visual identity. Learns about fundamental branding concepts such as brand identity, positioning, and equity.
- Can maintain brand consistency across basic marketing materials.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing ecosystem, particularly technology industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SMM, and email marketing.)
- Can execute basic campaigns using standard tools and platforms.
- Understands basic market research concepts such as surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
- Can conduct basic research using standard tools and techniques.
- Understands basic social media platforms and plan calendar/scheduling the post.
- Create engaging posts and monitor basic metrics
- Understands the basics of field marketing, including event coordination and on-site logistics. Learns to create simple promotional materials for events; understanding of the Lead to Closure cycle.
- Able to conduct basic prospecting activities using standard tools and techniques. Begins to grasp sales processes and manages relationships with sales/support groups at a basic level.
- Understands the basics of marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Learns to set up simple automated workflows and email campaigns.
- Understands basic keyword research concepts such as search volume, competition, and relevance.
- Can conduct basic research using standard tools and techniques.
- Understand the basics of service line marketing for technologies (i.e. SAP, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, etc.) Knows positioning, messaging, and basic market analysis.
- Learns to create various marketing materials. Can grasp Lead to Closure Cycle. Understands sales processes and manages relationships with sales/support groups.
