About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst – Post-Sales to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams post-sales, driving project delivery, gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating demos, and overseeing successful solution implementation. You will act as the bridge between clients and the technical team to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales.
- Understand client needs, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Manage expectations and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Maintain change logs and version controls.
- Development Team Liaison:
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and technical leads to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features and fixes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Track progress and help remove blockers.
- Technical Solutioning:
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute from a functional perspective.
- Understand product capabilities and constraints to propose viable solutions.
- Product Demo & Training:
- Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders.
- Create user guides and training materials as needed.
- Project Delivery Management:
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in defining project scope and timelines.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in business analysis or similar client-facing roles in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Knowledge of software or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
