Job Description

A Business System Analyst (BSA) with telecom domain expertise to support mission-critical public safety systems.

The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance emergency response and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design workflows for emergency response, call routing, and dispatch operations.
• Analyze call flows, GIS integration, and CAD systems for optimization.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between PSAPs, ESInet, and telecom networks.
• Act as a liaison between emergency teams, telecom providers, and IT developers.
• Develop UAT plans, support validation, and troubleshoot deployments.
• Maintain documentation, track incidents, and ensure FCC, NENA, and DHS compliance.
• Skills Experience in Telecom domain, SQL, APIs, JIRA, Visio
