About The Department
Transfer Pricing team designs and implements global transfer pricing policies that align with OECD and local regulations, ensuring robust and compliant intercompany pricing across our global operations. We partner with business units to maintain robust pricing policies. Joining this team offers exposure to global operations and opportunities to influence strategic business decisions and drive process improvements.
How You Will Add Value?
- Develop and document global transfer pricing policies; monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate monthly processing of intercompany revenue and expense allocations.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to prepare and review intercompany agreements.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation and disclosures, including Master File, Local Files and Country-by-Country Reporting.
- Analyze intercompany transactions and resolve anomalies.
- Prepare tax provisions related to transfer pricing positions.
- Research OECD guidelines and local regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support audits, tax authority inquiries, and related matters.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 2–5 years in financial analysis or transfer pricing.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formula, pivot tables, power pivot, etc.), intermediate Power BI and financial reporting systems (Workday preferred).
- Ability to perform complex financial calculations and analyse data anomalies.
- Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrates initiative by taking full responsibility for projects and driving them to completion independently. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy and precision in daily tasks, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams (finance, tax, legal, etc.) across regions and manages project timelines and deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identifies issues and resolves anomalies through data analysis and critical thinking.
- Communication: Communicates complex concepts clearly and professionally to business partners and stakeholders.
