As a Transformation Expert, you will support developing program specifications and coded modules according to specifications and client standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensures delivery of Weekly Business Review / Reporting as per the mutually agreed SLA with client.
- Problem Solving Approach
- Accurately perceive, understand, and seek problems for better delivery
- Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
- Incorporate the change management as per the mutually agreed timelines.
- Processing and interpreting data to get actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in Python packages like Pandas & Numpy
- Excellent code review and debugging skills
- Good with handling structured/unstructured data from variety of sources
- Good Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to cultivate robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients
- Good interpersonal skills, interacting with clients on the technical specialists
- Working closely with Client/stakeholders to understand their data and business analysis requirements.
- Effectively communicating status, risks, and issues in a precise and timely manner to ensure seamless delivery for the reporting team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree/Equivalent
- Good years’ experience working with various aspects of FP&A
- Experience working in a global environment and managing multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills for Executive communication
