Working days - Monday to Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experienced Business Support Analyst with a demonstrated history of working. Candidate should be Skilled in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Knowledge of any technical language or technology professional

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supplier Onboarding & Integration: Lead the seamless onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring efficient integration into our system and optimizing their performance within the platform.

· API Integration Support: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful API integrations, providing support and troubleshooting to guarantee smooth and error-free system functionality.

· Supplier Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize supplier performance to drive efficiency, improve conversion rates, and unlock new business opportunities in production.

· Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, trusting relationships with suppliers and external platforms like Vervotech and TravelgateX, ensuring clear communication and alignment of business objectives.

·Process Improvement & Error Management: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and error handling, implementing solutions to enhance performance, minimize disruptions, and prevent future issues.

·System Testing & Validation: Perform rigorous testing of systems using tools such as Postman, ensuring the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security.

· Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate effectively with key internal teams, including Finance, Client Account Managers, and Operations, to ensure alignment and smooth service delivery between suppliers and the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
