In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while focusing on building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on integrations, particularly with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Certification in Business Analyst coursework preferred
- Demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excelling in communication with diverse audiences
- Collaborating effectively in Agile environments
- Familiarity with API-led connectivity and RESTful APIs
- Managing project documentation thoroughly
- Supporting integration testing and validation processes
- Conducting knowledge transfer sessions and training
- Adapting to fast-paced and dynamic work settings
