Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to analyse stakeholder and client requirements, conduct data‑driven assessments, and facilitate seamless communication across teams. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable plans, streamline processes, and support strategic decision‑making.

In addition, the role requires the ability to evaluate new client requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and generate accurate quotations to support business growth and client acquisition.

• Analyse new client requirements, conduct requirement‑gathering sessions, and ensure complete understanding of business needs.
• Prepare customised proposals, solution outlines, and commercial quotations aligned with client expectations and organisational capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and management teams to refine proposals and ensure feasibility and competitiveness.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to clarify requirements and support pre‑sales activities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, derive insights, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows, systems, or processes and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and workflow diagrams.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate solutions, ensuring they meet documented business requirements.

• Monitor implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve performance and usability.
• Generate clear, concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong ability to analyse complex data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction, documentation, and presentations.
• Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and propose innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools, data analysis software, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and writing user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance expectations across diverse groups.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high‑quality outcomes under deadlines.
• Experience in proposal writing, cost estimation, and quotation preparation is highly desirable.
