Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Bridging the gap between our Software Development Team and Customer’s Business needs.
• Understanding what the customer’s pain points are.
• Identify what data-driven recommendations and reports are needed by the stakeholders.
• Capture all the information collected in the BRD (Business Requirement Document).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years’ of experience as Business Analyst.
• Undergraduate in Computer Science/ Business Information Systems/ Computing and System Development and Business Management.
• Post-Graduation is desirable.
• Strong Communication /Writing Skills in English is an added skill we would look for.
