Business Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Business Analyst to join our team. The preferred candidate will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations to clients, gathering requirements, and preparing business proposals. You will work in liaison with our Clients, Product Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and requirement understanding. The responsibility also includes participating in Tech Fairs to share product knowledge to the potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstrations:

a. Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products.

b. Tailor demonstrations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client, highlighting how our products can address their business challenges.

2. Requirements Gathering:

a. Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals.

b. Gather and document detailed requirements, using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and workshops.

c. Analyze and prioritize requirements, identifying key stakeholders and their expectations.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

a. Effectively communicate product information, requirements, and solutions to various stakeholders, including clients, product teams, and executives.

b. Collaborate with sales teams to share product details and demonstration.

4. Proposal Creation:

a. Create comprehensive business proposals that outline our product solutions, including features, benefits, and implementation plans.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and accuracy.

5. Presentation:

a. Design and develop engaging PPTs to showcase our products and solutions, highlighting key features, benefits, and value proposition.

b. Represent the organization and demonstrate the products in Tech Fairs.

Requirements:

a. Completed Bachelor's/Master’s degree

b. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

c. 2-3 years of experience in relevant job role

d. Primary knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Methodologies

e. Preferable if familiar with CRM software such as Freshsales, Zoho CRM etc. and product management tools, such as JIRA or Asana.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
