Business Analyst

Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration or engineering. AGILE
Certifications will be an advantage.

4. Conduct meetings with Stakeholders
5. Understanding the Objectives & implicit requirements
6. Prepare presentations, demo videos, mind maps & reports
7. Able to Drive scrums & contribute in Project Management tasks

Desired Profile:

• Willing to work within a high – performing – team and challenge yourself to improve further
• Experienced in Agile projects & well versed with JIRA
• Thorough understanding & experience with Sprint planning & SCRUM practices
• Sense of ownership and “Get-it-done” personality.
• Has been a part of at least 1 Production lifecycle throughout the career
• Agile certified 
• Very well versed in oral and written communication, preparing product documentation, demo videos, presentations. 
• Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders viz, Clients, Management, Development / QA teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.
• Gather & prepare business requirements. Write functional & non-functional user stories, acceptance criteria & review test cases.
• Plan & Document requirements and their dependencies (JIRA expert)
• Requirement & Gap analysis
• Product backlog grooming & prioritization
• Conduct daily scrums.
• Prepare product presentations & demo videos.
• Provide testing assistance to client in UAT.
• Provide presales support to sales team in demonstrating products to prospects.
