Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Contract to Hire (6 Months)

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company’s product and its features.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with product configuration, basic scripting, and database management (SQL).

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in adapting the product to meet specific client needs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.

Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and risks.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.

Industry Knowledge:

Ø Understanding of the industry in which the product is used, which helps in aligning the product features with industry-specific needs.

Ø Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Ø Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
