Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend discovery meeting, understand business processes.
- Work closely with end users to clearly define requirements, define scope and map requirements with relevant data sources
- Prepare all relevant documents such as BRD, FRD and have it signed-off
- Work closely with development team, end user, and management.
- Review ongoing business processes and build optimization strategies.
- Conduct the meetings and presentations to share ideas and insights.
- Effectively communicate the findings and create plans for team members
- Document and communicate the results of your work.
- Keep updated on industry trends and provide value-adds for clients.
- Maps all aspects of business challenges and ensure solution architecture will be able to solve the challenges.
Help team with user acceptance testing.
Business Analyst Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Understanding of processes and documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of Data and Analytics domain.
