Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying high-quality projects, writing compelling proposals, and securing projects for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on freelance platforms to identify suitable projects.
• Create, manage, and optimize profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
• Write customized, persuasive, and professional proposals to increase the chances of winning projects.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and competition.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
• Manage ongoing projects and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report on bidding performance, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in freelancing, project bidding, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
• Strong writing skills to craft compelling proposals and business pitches.
• Good communication skills to interact with potential clients and convert leads.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, or design & development projects is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve bidding performance.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with lead generation, email marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
• Understanding of project scopes in graphic design, web development, software development, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or CRM software for client and project management.
