BUSINESS ANALYST

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, gather
requirements, and drive process improvements. The role involves conducting in-depth analysis,
documenting workflows, performing user acceptance testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to
implement effective solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement.

Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Perform user acceptance testing and support implementation of new systems.

Manage projects, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions.

Advanced technical and documentation expertise.

Experience in reporting and delivering presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

Proven track record of meeting commitments.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Total Experience 6+ years.

Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Technical Lead or similar role in MERN stack development.

Strong proficiency in MERN stack technologies and related frameworks and libraries.

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience in team management, including task allocation, performance evaluation, and mentorship.

Blockchain experience, with knowledge of blockchain concepts.

Strong coding skills and ability to actively contribute to the development process.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
