Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications that guide development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives.
• Support system testing (UAT), implementation, and post-deployment reviews.
• Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and data mapping documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to improve efficiency and alignment.
• Assist in project planning, scoping, and prioritization efforts.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Trello).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
