Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with experience in Product Development to manage both pre-sales and post-sales activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sales teams, and development teams to deliver tailored software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales:

• Understand client requirements and business challenges
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos
• Create proposals, requirement documents, and business cases
• Support the sales team by responding to RFPs/RFIs
• Coordinate with the product team to align features with client needs

Post-Sales:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding
• Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation for project implementation
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Gather feedback to improve product features and client experience
• Provide ongoing support and relationship management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in software Product Development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, etc.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
