Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers.
• Support project implementation and monitor progress to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Develop business cases, process models, and data flow diagrams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid in decision-making.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and training documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in [specific domain, e.g., Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce] is a bonus.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
• Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
