Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers.
- Support project implementation and monitor progress to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Develop business cases, process models, and data flow diagrams.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid in decision-making.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and training documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in [specific domain, e.g., Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce] is a bonus.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
- Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
