Business Analyst

Overview

An IT Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and IT solutions by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology-based solutions. They work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements, document specifications, and ensure that IT projects align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities of an IT Business Analyst:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create functional specifications and user stories.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Oversee the implementation and testing of IT solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Manage change effectively and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Business analyst: 2 years (Preferred)
• IT project management: 2 years (Preferred)
• technical: 2 years (Preferred)
