Business Analyst – Founder's Office

The Founder's Office Is A Strategic Function That Acts As The Right Hand To The Founder, Working Across Departments To Drive Data-Backed Decision-Making, Ensuring Execution, Excellence, & Support Business Growth. This Role Is Ideal For A Highly Analytical, Detail-Oriented, & Productive Individual With A Strong Command Of Business Intelligence, Reporting Tools, & Strategic Thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Closely With The Founder On High-Impact Business Projects, Strategic Initiatives, & Performance Tracking.

Develop & Maintain Automated Dashboards & MIS Reports To Provide Real-Time Visibility Into Key Metrics Across Departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).

Perform Deep-Dive Analysis To Identify Trends, Opportunities, Potential Risks & Present Actionable Insights To Leadership.

Track & Analyze Key Business KPIs On A Weekly/Monthly Basis To Prepare Presentations For Internal Reviews & Investor Reporting.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Data, Ensuring Data Integrity, & Standardize Reporting Across The Organization.

Conduct Market & Competitor Research To Support Strategic Decisions.

Ensure That The Founder Is Well-Informed Through Timely & Accurate Summaries, Reports, & Follow-Ups On All Ongoing Initiatives.

Lead Special Projects & Act As A Program Manager For Time-Sensitive Deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

2-5 Years Of Experience In Business Analytics, MIS, Consulting, Or Founder's Office Roles.

Strong Proficiency In Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, & Data Visualization.

Excellent Problem-Solving, Project Management, & Communication Skills.

Ability To Multitask, Prioritize, & Manage Multiple Stakeholders In A Fast-Paced Environment.

High Level Of Discretion, Integrity, & Accountability.
