We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The person should be a self-driven individual with an ability to hustle and foster strong collaboration across teams.
As a Product Analyst, you will work in the Growth Team to analyze data and provide insights for driving growth. While your primary focus will be on Website/App performance and Growth initiatives, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience, boost conversion rates, and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting: Monthly monitoring of budgeting, ROI, cost forecast to actual burn rate
- Manage marketplace listings through the cataloguing team
- Manage marketplace Growth Marketing to drive Top of the funnel
- Brainstorming with cross-functional teams / Marketplace to identify whitespaces
- Research Market trends and Conduct Competitive analysis & price parity
- Manage and control all aspects of stock management of the brand, ensuring adherence to procedures and guide the team towards achieving targeted stock levels
- Periodic ageing analysis, clearance of non-moving stock and initiate markdowns.
- Determining additional needed sales promotion & recommending clearance sales.
- Process improvement to ensure a high delivery of service standards by automating processes and procedures. Build governance mechanisms to ensure process compliance
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data from within and outside from product prototyping/experiments, product usage, customer feedback, feature requests, and support tickets as well as data from sales, marketing, and finance.
- Drive overall customer product experience - setup and improve key processes across customer order to fulfilment journey up to the last mile delivery
- Own and drive key efficiency KPIs - Inventory Days, Delivery TATs, Returns.

- Ability to work well with multiple teams
- Ability to manage different projects at the same time
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Marketplace Operations role, or similar role in a startup or D2C environment. Past experience with Myntra/Flipkart/Amazon is plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel (experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, is a plus).
- Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and growth strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C business models.
- Experience working with data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
