JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Lead to support and enhance the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a passion for sales training, performance analysis, and strategic support. You will play a key role in mentoring sales staff, conducting performance reviews, driving learning initiatives, creating actionable sales dashboards, and boosting motivation through contests and recognition.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Lead to support and enhance the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a passion for sales training, performance analysis, and strategic support. You will play a key role in mentoring sales staff, conducting performance reviews, driving learning initiatives, creating actionable sales dashboards, and boosting motivation through contests and recognition.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- Sales Reviews & Mentoring: Conduct periodic 1:1 and team performance reviews. Identify performance gaps and provide guidance or mentoring to drive improvements.
- Sales Reporting & Dashboards: Create, manage, and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics like pipeline, closures, targets vs. achievement, etc.
- Contests & Incentive Programs: Design and manage engaging sales contests, recognition programs, and motivational initiatives to drive a high-performance culture.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across the team
- Training & Development: Plan and implement regular training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales operations or sales enablement.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 Years of Proven working experience as a business development manager, or a relevant
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
