Job Summary:
The Business Analyst - Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key business partners. This role involves analyzing business data, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that partners are aligned with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications with partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Business Analysis:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for partner growth.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
- Assist in the development of business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor partner performance against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback and support to partners to help them achieve their goals.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact partner performance.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Handle any disputes or issues that arise in relation to partner agreements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partner management.
- Share insights and feedback from partners to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience in IT Services or Managed Service Providers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensures and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
