Role: Business Analyst Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine UX/UI designs.
• Analyze business processes and propose optimizations for efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Monitor project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Lead change management efforts to implement business improvements.
• Create and manage detailed project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals and priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups).
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  
  

Desired Profile:

• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and collaboration.
• Expertise in business process mapping and process improvement.
• Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Experience with project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
