Role: Business Analyst Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine UX/UI designs.
- Analyze business processes and propose optimizations for efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Monitor project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Lead change management efforts to implement business improvements.
- Create and manage detailed project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals and priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups).
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and collaboration.
- Expertise in business process mapping and process improvement.
- Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
- Experience with project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with change management practices and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
