Global Services Tech@Lilly (GS T@L) is a crucial tech function within the Tech@Lilly enterprise, alongside Digital Core (formerly GIS) and Information Security. It plays a vital role in addressing business pain points by leveraging advanced technology solutions. GS T@L empowers various business areas under Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) and ERP Services sub-functions to efficiently serve their stakeholders.

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience Level: 8+ years
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's/MBA
Summary:
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business to deliver value.
- Translate business needs into technical terms.
- Document requirements (BRD, FRD, process flows).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams.
- Prepare and facilitate UAT.
- Conduct product demos and presentations.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- Act as liaison between business users and technology teams.
- Participate in design reviews.
Required Experience:
- Pharma/GRC/Legal/TOV domain knowledge.
- Software development lifecycle understanding.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart.
- Agile environment experience (Scrum/Kanban).
- SQL queries and data analysis skills (plus).
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of data architectures for information integration, visualization, and warehousing
