We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in business and technical analysis, preferably within the banking and payments sector. The ideal candidate will possess the analytical skills necessary to bridge the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic objectives.
Conduct thorough business and technical analysis to define requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Experience in the banking, PCI, or payments industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Utilize DB/SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis purposes.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
- Engage in Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, and facilitating meetings as needed.
- Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analysis of data-related projects and issues.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of any issues that may arise during the project life cycle.
