Business Analyst

What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv ?

• Analyze and evaluate the business requirements from client stakeholders. Provide optimized business solutions to client business teams with key focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  
  

What Will You Do

As a business analyst, you will be involved in:

• Requirement gathering from client business team.
• Elicit detailed requirement from all impacted business. Translate the requirement insights with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Analyze the business requirements, create the requirement document, and take it further to internal team for design and solution.
  
  

What Will You Need To Know

• Should have strong Domain knowledge in Credit cards, Payments, Authorization, Migration, Vision Plus modules – FAS, CMS, TRAMS, TRIAD, FALCON etc.
• Knowledge of web technology solutions, API structure & Product solutions.
• Should have excellent communication skills & having an experience of Interaction with Clients, Business users & different Stakeholders.
  
  

What Would Be Great To Have

• Proficient in data visualization and presentation preparation will be an added advantage.
