Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a liaison between business teams and data analytics for project execution.
• Communicate effectively with business teams on behalf of the Data Analytics team.
• Analyze business objectives, processes, and reporting needs.
• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and functional design specifications.
• Conduct deep data exploration to assess feasibility and resolve issues.
• Translate complex information into clear, structured requirements.
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams to prioritize reporting needs.
• Provide production support for data, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor business analysts, assigning and tracking tasks.
• Ensure requirements align with technical solutions and oversee development.
• Execute testing plans, support UAT, and facilitate user training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive consistency.
• Maintain ownership of business requirements and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  
  

Summary Of Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in business operations across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, and Material Planning.
• 6+ years as an IT Business Analyst focusing on BI, analytics, and data warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and their integrations.
• Extensive experience with Business Intelligence tools and full project lifecycles.
• Proven ability to analyze, combine, and present complex data sets for business insights.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and exploration.
• Effective communicator, capable of engaging multiple business levels and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor and coordinate teams.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based databases.
