Overview
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in documenting business requirements (BRD) and functional requirements (FRD), and experience with key project management tools and techniques The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business needs while ensuring timely delivery of projects.

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Documentation: Translate technical and business requirements into clear, comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact between clients and the development team, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design optimal solutions for mobile apps, web apps, and AI integration projects.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to recommend improvements or innovative features.
- Project Oversight: Assist in project planning, prioritization, and delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet requirements and user expectations.
- Post-Deployment Support: Gather feedback from end-users and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with wire framing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
