Business Analyst

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, process improvement, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT development projects and CRM system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify their IT and CRM needs.
• Document and analyze requirements for new features, system enhancements, or integrations.

Business Process Mapping:

• Map current business processes and propose optimized solutions.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in workflows using CRM and IT systems.

Collaboration with Development Teams:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors , development and QA teams during the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Testing and Validation:

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare test cases and perform basic testing of new functionalities.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, user stories, and user guides.
• Generate reports and dashboards for CRM system usage and performance.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users for CRM and IT systems.
• Help troubleshoot basic CRM issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, Open Source Softwares and CRM platforms (e.g., Vtiger , Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, and project management tools.
• Preferred Skills (Optional):
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Basic programming or SQL knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
